Lion + Panda, a hybrid marketing agency, provides branding, public relations, content development, advertising, search engine optimization (SEO) and digital marketing. It provides these services via a global talent bank utilizing a virtual business model. Many traditional agencies are trying to move into the digital arena, yet they struggle. At the other end of the spectrum, many digital agencies do not focus on traditional aspects of marketing, such as branding or traditional advertising. The founders of Lion + Panda believe in an integrated model where the brand is at the core of everything and traditional media can be used to drive consumers. With a virtual model, they utilize technology to interact with talent to complete projects. Utilizing a diverse network of talent allows them to be flexible and competitively priced, while bringing high-level and high-value work home to creative individuals in the Dayton area. Lion + Panda’s flexible virtual model enables it to scale up for large projects, while maintaining a consistent core team to handle the firm’s day-to-day clients. The core team is made up of 24 people, but the talent network expands to more than 300 creative professionals to create a customized team for a client’s specific needs.

Kenny Brightman III

Kenny Brightman III is a lifelong Daytonian with a passion for creatively marketing and analyzing businesses. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University, earning a BS in Industrial Design. He has a diverse background in strategic marketing, design, and business analysis with strengths that bring clients and organizations fresh ideas that work. Kenny has managed and supported National and International rebranding for clients, such as Staffmark and PPG Industries, and supported strategy for clients that include Nissan Russia, Cargill, AT&T, and Feeding America. He is also very engaged to his automotive passions, and recently founded Dayton Cars and Coffee, an automotive gathering group. As a husband and father to his 3-year-old-son, Cameron, he is able to find insight and teachable moments in everything.
Philip Roestamadji is a Marketing Strategist with a background in technical strategy and B2B marketing. With an inbound marketing specialty, he has helped many organizations develop their search engine presence, lead generation tactics and marketing automation process. Pulling from his 5+ years of experience working with SMBs, corporations, and nonprofits, Philip utilizes a strong mix of technology and marketing strategy to help businesses build their market share and profitability. Philip has led the development of many large site developments and technical integrations for companies like General Electric and WorkflowOne. From site layout, project process, testing and integration, he has overseen and managed the development of many critical business sites and applications. This has included eCommerce applications, CRM solutions, content management systems and EDI integrations.
