One in four Americans suffer from some form of mental illness. So when the small team at Life Essentials tells you their mission is to provide professional, person-centered services to enhance the well-being of vulnerable adults, you know it’s no tiny matter.
When asked to help Life Essentials re-brand their organization, we immediately began to research and develop our strategy.
We created a modern dandelion to use as a brand mark after our initial research on other mental health logos. While most other organizations have a variation of human silhouette or hands coming together, we felt the logo needed to convey more warmth. We wanted to capture the friendly attitude and welcoming spirit of Life Essentials and the staff. In addition, the dandelion symbolizes calmness, peace, and tranquility.
Within a week of launching the new brand standards and the new website redesign Life Essentials received its largest ever online donation. We are proud of the partnership we have with Life Essentials. We love helping them tell their story as they do their invaluable work in the Dayton community.
